Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC)
The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) is the governmental body responsible for regulating the securities market, including investment firms, collective investment schemes, and derivatives brokers operating in Cambodia. Although retail forex trading is not widely developed in Cambodia, SERC regulates licensed entities offering FX-linked derivatives and contracts via approved platforms.
The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) oversees the country’s growing derivatives market, including forex-linked contracts, via licensed brokers and approved exchanges. While still maturing, the regulatory framework is formalized and backed by the government. Traders should stick to SERC-licensed firms for legal and secure forex derivatives trading.
